A unique piece of property with breathtaking views across the bay inspired this family to tear down the outdated, small, ranch home and allow us to design their dream home for the whole family! 

This home on the Metedeconk River exemplifies waterfront living with decks, a beach, pool, outdoor kitchen, and a folding glass wall.

Nestled in Bayhead, this cottage was below the new floodzones, outdated and cramped.  The owner wanted to raise the home to be flood compliant, expand and renovate the kitchen and living space, create an indoor / outdoor screen room and an escape for poolside relaxing. 

Dating back to 1875, this is one of the earliest homes in Point Pleasant Beach.  My wife, Denise, and I fell in love with the history and character this home offered and undertook a 4 year renovation to create our dream home!
