The Design Process is the steps that we take to create the plans for your project.  Depending on the scope of the project, this can be better assessed when we have spoken about what you are planning to do. Typically it begins with a meeting in our office to get to know you and as the project unfolds, we provide sketches and then 3D drawings and virtual reality to immerse you in the design process!

Your project’s budget includes architectural design, site engineering fees, and construction costs. The first meeting with us lays out all of the costs associated with your project. We are upfront with these fees so you are aware at the beginning.
