My wife and I recently bought property at the NJ shore and had interviewed several architectural firms before settling on PDR as the design and architectural firm to work with. PDR has been beyond any expectations I ever had ! My builder has said many times he has never worked with an Architect who shows up during the building process to ensure everything is perfect ! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you designed for the rental side of my two family house. Words cannot begin to express how beyond thrilled and over the moon I am with how my renovations turned out. Admittedly, throughout this project there were times I became nervous and second guessed what was being done. But, now that everything is done and ready for final inspections, I can see the absolute brilliance of what you suggested in order to make the most effective use of the space while bringing it up to code. This was no easy feat considering the house being over 100 years old and other logistical constraints. Now that it is just about ready for rental, the layout of the entire space feels so much more spacious and modernized while still honoring the history of the house.

In the past year, my wife and I contacted Paul at PDRdesigns with an unusual idea to convert a bi-level home into a two story colonial. If that wasn’t difficult enough, we asked Paul to allow for a full cellar as well. Paul carefully listened to our requests for large open spaces, comfortable bedrooms with walk-in closets and elegant baths. His designs and concepts reinforced his knowledge of construction techniques with a trained eye on detail.
